Southern Nevada Breast Cancer Collaborative Meeting

• NCC is re-launching the Breast Cancer Collaborative in southern Nevada, originally formed in 2013, to continue working with partners on increasing breast cancer screening rates and eliminating barriers for women.

We would like to gather more information from our southern partners as to what you see as challenges and barriers to increasing screening/access to timely diagnosis and treatment, and where you also see successes. The following survey will help us to collect that information, which will be compiled and during the kickoff meeting. Please respond by February 11.
