'Tis the Season to Test for Radon

Winter is the best time to test homes for radon, a naturally-occurring radioactive gas that emanates from the earth. This odorless, colorless gas can enter homes from the ground and accumulate to elevated concentrations thus raising the risk of lung cancer  for unsuspecting homeowners.
