New Workshop Sessions for Caregivers in July, August & September

Dignity Health St. Rose Dominican in Las Vegas is offering two new sessions of its "Powerful Tools for Caregivers" workshop. The six-week series offers caregivers the skills to care for themselves while caring for others. The sessions touch on local resources, managing emotions, self-confidence and self-care.

Sessions are offered both in person and virtually. Dates are:

Wednesdays, July 21 - August 25 from 10:30 a.m. to 12 noon via ZOOM

Tuesdays, August 10 - September 14 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. either via ZOOM or in person at 1550 W. Craig Rd. Suite 250 in North Las Vegas.
